The World Economic Forum has announced the addition of new members to its Global Shapers Community—the Class of 2024 Global Shapers. These nearly 90 newly elected change-makers are already making groundbreaking contributions, shaping the future and accelerating positive transformation to help improve global conditions. As emerging leaders from government, business, civil society, the arts, and academia, they are united in their commitment to continuously drive impact across communities, organizations, and a wide range of other sectors.

Over the past two decades, the Global Youth Leadership Forum has consistently served as a pioneering force, thoughtfully nurturing a vibrant community of young leaders while empowering them to tackle pressing global challenges head-on and focus on addressing urgent issues that demand immediate action. Through the years, whether spearheading groundbreaking initiatives in public health and economic development or driving cutting-edge innovations in technology and sustainability, the community has set an inspiring example of collective action—demonstrating how collaborative efforts can actively amplify impact on a global scale.

The Global Young Leaders Community has celebrated its 20th anniversary and remains steadfastly committed to nurturing a new generation of forward-thinking leaders ready to drive meaningful change. Over the years, the forum has launched countless impactful initiatives—ranging from the "Global Dignity" project, which supports global leaders dedicated to upholding human dignity in over 80 countries, to "TABLE FOR TWO," a program that has provided 1 million meals to schoolchildren in developing nations, and "Deworm the World," which has raised more than $100,000 for nationwide deworming efforts. Together, these initiatives exemplify the Global Young Leaders' ongoing collaboration as they continue to champion positive transformation on a global scale.

As part of the three-year Leadership Development Program, the 2024 Global Young Leaders selected will gain access to a comprehensive suite of advanced management education courses and enriching learning experiences—plus the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with trusted peers, empowering them to accelerate their impact.
