Children’s courage and potential far exceed our imagination—given the right time, opportunities, and encouragement, they can truly turn their goals into reality. From a young age, I’ve been fortunate to receive unwavering support from my family, coaches, and teachers, all of which have been absolutely critical to my success. Similarly, if we provide every child with the care and guidance they deserve, they, too, will be able to chase and achieve their dreams. Yet, for today’s children, especially girls, this is an era marked by unprecedented challenges. They face alarming threats of violence, persistent poverty, and systemic inequalities rooted in discrimination. But despite these obstacles, I firmly believe that today’s girls will grow up to become the most remarkable generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. It’s an immense honor for me to stand up and amplify the voices—and stories—of these incredible girls. After all, listening to their perspectives and helping them build a brighter future is not just a responsibility—it’s a gift.
