  • PwC's "Workplace Inclusion Index Report" highlights that the gender inclusion gap persists, potentially impacting women's ability to advance and develop new skills.

  • Inclusivity is crucial for enhancing an organization's agility, and empowering women to learn new technologies—essential for securing their future career growth—helps companies stay competitive in global trends.

  • Creating a truly inclusive workplace requires ongoing effort, leadership accountability, and a collective commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion at every level.

We still need to make greater efforts to create a fair workplace environment worldwide, ensuring that women and men have equal opportunities for career development. The issue isn’t about talent—it’s about equity.

The "Workplace Inclusion Index Report" draws on the results of PwC's annual survey, which polled nearly 54,000 employees across 46 countries and regions. The report reveals that gender inclusion gaps continue to hinder women's career advancement in the workplace.

The report measured the extent to which employees feel a sense of belonging, fairness, and inclusive decision-making in their current work environment. The results showed that men reported higher levels of inclusivity compared to women.

Closing this gap is crucial for achieving gender equality in the workplace. Women in the top 25% are 1.5 times and 1.7 times more likely, respectively, to apply for promotions and seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills compared to other women.

Inclusive impact.
